NOIA Journey Group Trip Booking Terms & Conditions

Introduction

By purchasing a group trip through NOIA Journey, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to bookings made through our website or other official channels and are intended to ensure smooth trip planning and travel experiences.

1. Contract Formation

A contract between you and NOIA Journey will be established as soon as we issue a confirmation invoice after receiving your deposit payment or full trip balance payment.

References to “us,” “we,” or “our” refer to NOIA Journey (operating under the registered name of [Your Company Name]), and by confirming your booking, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in these conditions.

2. Trip Pricing and Availability

All prices for group trips are subject to change based on availability, changes in third-party services, or any other factors that may influence costs. While we make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing, NOIA Journey reserves the right to adjust the price of the trip based on these variables.

Accommodation: Rooms are typically private (unless otherwise specified) with 1-2 travelers in the room. A semi-private room may be available for the same cost—please inquire about this option upon booking.
Trip Availability: Prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received.

3. Payments and Cancellations

To secure your spot for the group trip, a deposit or full payment must be made as outlined during the booking process. Once payment is received, the trip will be reserved for you, subject to availability.

Deposit Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is applied toward your trip balance.
Full Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your trip. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, the full payment is due immediately. We accept major credit and debit cards.

Cancellations

NOIA Journey does not offer full refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to, cancellations, changes in travel plans, or personal emergencies. We highly encourage you to ensure your availability and readiness before confirming your booking.

You may cancel your booking at any time before departure. However, please note that cancellations will result in a loss of part or all of your paid amounts as per the cancellation fees outlined.
Non-refundable Deposit: Your deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or changes in plans.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the willingness of third-party service providers to issue a refund. If you cancel before 30 days of the trip, you may be eligible for a partial refund (50% or less). However, cancellations made after 30 days are not eligible for a refund. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in case of unforeseen changes.To initiate a cancellation, please submit your request via email to [noiajourneygroup@gmail.com].

5. Payment Installments

When booking your trip, you may choose to pay in installments. Automatic payments will be processed on the agreed-upon schedule. A slight administrative fee is added to the total cost of the trip for installment payments. If any payment is declined, you agree to resolve the balance immediately.

6. Itinerary and Changes

We strive to provide the itinerary as advertised, but due to unforeseen circumstances, changes may be necessary. NOIA Journey reserves the right to modify the itinerary, including accommodation and activities. If significant changes are made, we will inform you promptly.

7. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected circumstances. Travel insurance can cover cancellations, medical emergencies, trip delays, and other unexpected events. NOIA Journey is not responsible for any additional costs or loss incurred due to personal emergencies, weather, or any other external factors.

8. Passport, Visa, and Documentation

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, and any required documentation for the trip. NOIA Journey is not responsible for any travel disruptions caused by improper or missing documents. Ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months after the return date and that you meet the entry requirements of the destination country.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary travel documents (passport, visas, identification, etc.) for the entire trip. NOIA Journey is not responsible for any issues arising from loss of travel documentation requirements.

9. Group Conduct and Responsibilities

By booking a group trip with NOIA Journey, you agree to abide by the behavior and conduct guidelines set by our travel guides and partners. NOIA Journey reserves the right to remove participants from the group trip who display inappropriate behavior or violate the terms of the trip, without any refund

10. Liability

NOIA Journey is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable travel experience. However, travel inherently involves risks, and by participating in the trip, you acknowledge that certain risks, including accidents, illness, injuries, or natural events, are inherent to travel. While NOIA Journey will take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety, we are not liable for any incidents that occur during the trip. We highly encourage all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, cancellations, or other unforeseen events. By booking your trip, you agree to hold NOIA Journey harmless for any liability arising from such risks.

11. Special Requirements

If you or a traveling companion has specific needs or medical conditions that may affect your participation in activities, please notify us during the booking process so we can assist in making the necessary accommodations. We cannot guarantee that all requests will be met, but we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

12. Photos and Marketing

By booking with NOIA Journey, you consent to the use of your photographs or video taken during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes. These images may be used on our website, social media, or other promotional materials.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a booking, you consent to us collecting, storing, and sharing your personal information as necessary for trip arrangements and services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York City, New York, USA.
