Once you have completed the Travel Inquiry Form, you will be prompted to pay a $25 (non-refundable) Research & Planning Fee. This fee ensures that we can dedicate the necessary time and attention to each client’s unique travel needs.

Step 3: Receive Your Customized
Journey Proposal
Our Travel Advisor will reach out to schedule a complimentary call to discuss your journey proposal. We will then carefully design your itinerary, customized to fit your travel preferences and budget. From the planning stages to your arrival, the specialist who crafts your personalized journey will be there to guide you every step of the way, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience.

This part is fully customizable. If you prefer NOIA Journey to handle only specific aspects of your trip, such as hotel bookings, or if you want us to manage every detail—from airport transfers to excursions—your booking fee will vary depending on the services you choose for your trip.
Step 4: Book Your journey
Once your travel plans are perfected to reflect your dream vacation, we'll make it official with a deposit and your preferred payment plan. From there, we'll lock in all the details, confirming and coordinating every aspect of your trip.
Step 5: Embark on Your Adventure
Before you set off, every traveler will receive a comprehensive Travel Guide, outlining all the details of the trip that NOIA Journey has carefully planned for you.
